Lidao Betema is the founder and Managing Director of Lidao Innovations, a consulting firm helping organizations strengthen programme delivery through Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL), digital transformation, AI, data analytics and programme management.
With experience supporting large-scale international development initiatives funded by leading global donors, he works at the intersection of technology, data and programme delivery, designing practical systems that improve accountability, reporting and decision-making.
